1000 Series

Our 1000 series portable is shown here with a 24” Oscillating 3 speed fan.  It is available as a 24” or 30” unit.  The 1000 series utilizes a pedestal base design and as a result it is a high quality, light weight, lower cost portable system. 

High pressure pump and motor assembly is used to produce effective and efficient cooling; even in high relative humidity conditions, without the issues of wetness experienced in many moist climates.

A Feature With all of our Portable Systems is complete, connectivity and compatibility with all Base and Satellite units.

Our 2000 series portable is shown here with 2 or 3 - 18” 3 speed fan.  It is available as a single fan unit or up to a three fan design.  The 2000 series utilizes our own unique aluminum frame that is versatile, lightweight, easy to maneuver and durable.

High pressure pump and motor assembly is used to produce effective and efficient cooling; even in high relative humidity conditions, without the issues of wetness experienced in many moist climates.

Our 3000 series portable is shown here with 2 - 20”  variable speed fans.  It is available as a single fan unit or a twin fan design as shown here, with fan sizes ranging from 18” to 36”.  The 3000 series utilizes a heavy duty wide platform base that is versatile, durable and stable. 

High pressure pump and motor assembly is used to produce effective and efficient cooling; even in high relative humidity conditions, without the issues of wetness experienced in many moist climates.

5000 Series

5000 series pumpOur 5000 series high pressure cooling pumps come in a open design, with an optional bolt on enclosure.  The unit can be enclosed in an aluminum cabinet, in about 15 minutes.

  • We use Cat Premium Pumps.  The Portable Series is a Direct Drive Pump and Motor Combination, available from 1/6 GPM up-to 2.85 GPM.

  • Units come with a direct drive pump and motor design, and are available in belt drive where needed and desired.

  • Pumps come with pressure gauges and are set to operate at 900 psi but are capable of up to 1500 psi.
  • Low Pressure Shutoff Switch prevents unit from running dry, If water is not turned on it will not run.
  • High Quality Dependable Kip Solenoid valve ensures pressure is maintained and doesn’t allow water pressure seepage through the pump and out the nozzles unless unit is running.
  • Pump Assemblies are available in a wide range of sizes:
  • Our lowest volume unit can power from 1 to 7 nozzle with an orifice of .006 thousandths (1.5 mm).  Nozzles Sizes Available from .085 mm to .5mm orifice.
  • Custom made units are available to power up to 100 nozzles.
  • We have Multi-Zone Pump assemblies that allow for up to 4 Zones from the same pump.
  • Zones can be switched at control panel or remotely via wall switches.
